My name is Frances Hice. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker & Insurance Agent in Central Texas. My main office is located in Ballinger, TX which is in Runnels County. I serve a large multi-county area. We are proud to be from a small town because we offer "Small Town Service", the type of service that once you are a customer, we know you by your first name and you feel good dealing with us.

It seems that in 2009, the United States is growing in leaps & bounds. The business model of today seems to be bigger is better. We don't hold to this theory. Our business model is that each & every person, is important, not a number & not a statistic. You want to feel your agent, be it insurance or real estate, is working JUST for you. We will offer advice on our experience with current data in the local market and we offer suggestions on any item that we think may help you, just to make you that your property is in the best position to receive the most interested buyers. This is always important, but more so now, with the Countries current economic status. Most sellers don't have the time or resources to be up to date with the current market, so we try to be informative, so the seller can make good, informed decisions. We feel this is important.
